In a large bowl, add all the ingredients ( except topping items) to make a garlic butter naan dough.
Mix all ingredients by adding milk in between until dough comes together. add little bit of oil to avoid sticky.
Make sure, dough should not more dry or more sticky. Cover the dough in cotton clean cloth and let it set for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix topping ingredients, butter, small chopped garlic and coriander leaves. Mix all together and melt butter for few seconds and keep aside.
After 30 minutes, take a dough, make small size dough and mix with flour to roll.
Heat a non stick tawa, and start rolling the dough into thick and oval shape. Place a naan to tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes in a medium flame.
Flip the naan to other side and cook for 1-2 minutes, until brown spot appears on it.
Once done with the cooking, immediately apply mixed topping ingredients on it.
Now garlic butter naan is ready to serve. serve hot with chana masala or any non veg gravy.
