Garlic Butter Naan – No Yeast No Eggs

Garlic butter naan is a complete veg recipe without eggs and yeast. This is simplest recipe which tastes awesome and easy to prepare.

Ingredients
- Curd/Yogurt - 8-7 tbsp
- All purpose flour - 3 cups
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 7 tbsp
- Sugar - tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- Chopped garlic - 10 cloves for topping
- Butter - 1 cup melted, for topping non
- Coriander leaves - 4-5 tbsp for topping

- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients ( except topping items) to make a garlic butter naan dough.
- Mix all ingredients by adding milk in between until dough comes together. add little bit of oil to avoid sticky.
- Make sure, dough should not more dry or more sticky. Cover the dough in cotton clean cloth and let it set for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix topping ingredients, butter, small chopped garlic and coriander leaves. Mix all together and melt butter for few seconds and keep aside.
- After 30 minutes, take a dough, make small size dough and mix with flour to roll.
- Heat a non stick tawa, and start rolling the dough into thick and oval shape. Place a naan to tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes in a medium flame.
- Flip the naan to other side and cook for 1-2 minutes, until brown spot appears on it.
- Once done with the cooking, immediately apply mixed topping ingredients on it.
- Now garlic butter naan is ready to serve. serve hot with chana masala or any non veg gravy.
