Ingredients
 

  • 8 tbsp Yogurt or curd curd
  • 3 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 7 tbsp Milk
  • tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 10 cloves Garlic for topping chopped
  • 1 cup Butter melted, for topping non
  • 4 leaves Coriander for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add all the ingredients ( except topping items) to make a garlic butter naan dough.
  • Mix all ingredients by adding milk in between until dough comes together. add little bit of oil to avoid sticky.
  • Make sure, dough should not more dry or more sticky. Cover the dough in cotton clean cloth and let it set for 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, mix topping ingredients, butter, small chopped garlic and coriander leaves. Mix all together and melt butter for few seconds and keep aside.
  • After 30 minutes, take a dough, make small size dough and mix with flour to roll.
  • Heat a non stick tawa, and start rolling the dough into thick and oval shape. Place a naan to tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes in a medium flame.
  • Flip the naan to other side and cook for 1-2 minutes, until brown spot appears on it.
  • Once done with the cooking, immediately apply mixed topping ingredients on it.
  • Now garlic butter naan is ready to serve. serve hot with chana masala or any non veg gravy.
