Bhature is a world famous dish of Panjab. Here I tried to make it without baking soda, curd or any other baking ingredient. But it tastes delicious like a bhatura with baking agent.

Ingredients

All perpose flour 1 cup
Semolina 1/4cup
Bread slices. 2
Salt 1/2tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Water as required
Oil for frying
Instructions
Strain all perpose flour and semolina together.
Cut all the edges of the bread slices.
Kneed all together and make a soft daugh.
After 5 minutes greese your hands and make lemon size balls.
Heat oil in a wok.
Fry the bhaturas thin or thick as you like in hot oil. Flip and fry from both sides equally.
Serve with chole and salad.
