Bhature is a world famous dish of Panjab. Here I tried to make it without baking soda, curd or any other baking ingredient. But it tastes delicious like a bhatura with baking agent.

Ingredients
  

  • All perpose flour 1 cup
  • Semolina 1/4cup
  • Bread slices. 2
  • Salt 1/2tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Strain all perpose flour and semolina together.
  • Cut all the edges of the bread slices.
  • Kneed all together and make a soft daugh.
  • After 5 minutes greese your hands and make lemon size balls.
  • Heat oil in a wok.
  • Fry the bhaturas thin or thick as you like in hot oil. Flip and fry from both sides equally.
  • Serve with chole and salad.
