Bhature is a world famous dish of Panjab. Here I tried to make it without baking soda, curd or any other baking ingredient. But it tastes delicious like a bhatura with baking agent.

Ingredients
- All perpose flour 1 cup
- Semolina 1/4cup
- Bread slices. 2
- Salt 1/2tsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- Water as required
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Strain all perpose flour and semolina together.
- Cut all the edges of the bread slices.
- Kneed all together and make a soft daugh.
- After 5 minutes greese your hands and make lemon size balls.
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Fry the bhaturas thin or thick as you like in hot oil. Flip and fry from both sides equally.
- Serve with chole and salad.
