Cooked Rice 1 cup
Jeera 1 tsp
Onion 1medium size sliced
Dry Whole red chili 1
Clarified Butter / Ghee 2 tbsp
Salt
Instructions
Heat a wok. Add ghee. Once the ghee is warm add jeera.
Let it crackle for a min Add chilli & onions. Cook on medium flame until onions are crisp brown. Add rice & salt.
Mix well. Cook covered for a 2 min on medium flame. & it's done.
Serve hot with dal makhni or shahi paneer
