Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 1 medium Onion size sliced
  • 1 Whole red chilli dry
  • 2 tbsp Clarified Butter or ghee ghee
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a wok. Add ghee. Once the ghee is warm add jeera.
  • Let it crackle for a min Add chilli & onions. Cook on medium flame until onions are crisp brown. Add rice & salt.
  • Mix well. Cook covered for a 2 min on medium flame. & it's done.
  • Serve hot with dal makhni or shahi paneer
