Paneer Pakoda

Paneer pakoda is made by dipping paneer slices into a spicy batter and then deep frying it.Here is how I do it.

Paneer 6 long thick slices
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Maida 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder as per taste
Tomato chili sauce 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Salt
Oil for deep frying
Instructions
Mix corn flour maida & red chili powder. Add tomato chili sauce & ginger gatlic paste. Mix well.
Add some water if the batter is too thick. Adjust salt if needed because sauce also has salt. Add kasuri methi.mix well
Coat paneer pieces well . Heat oil in wok. Add pieces one by one. Fry on both sides on high to medium flame
Serve hot with tea or coffee
Notes
Batter should not be too thick or thin
You can sprinkle some chat Masala before serving it
