Mango and coconut fluid gel shape for Garnishoptional
Instructions
In a bowl sieve together wheat flour, refined flour, almonds powder, baking powder and mix it well.
Add the mango puree little at a time and whisk the mixture to avoid lumps, use all puree and make a batter. ( batter should not be thick or thin it should be of medium consistency)
Grease the waffle machine with butter and pour the mixture on waffle plate and cover it.
Cook mango waffles till it be golden brown in the color.
Pour equal mango puree and coconut milk into the whipp cream charger and charge it. Let it be cool in refrigerator for 15 minutes
Serve hot Mango Waffle with chopped free mango chunks and coconut - Mango whipped cream. Or one can serve with milk also.
