Paratha is staple food in indian family . some time kids are fussy eaters . I have given funny shapes to the paratha . Avacado is very nutricious food . somtime kids doesn't want to eat avacados. So this is a great idea to give avacados to the kids .
First peel the avacado and then in a big bowl mash avacado perfectly with fork. Now add chopped coriander leaves into this .
Then add whole wheat flour , salt as per tatse , turmeric powder , red chilli powder , cumin seeds and two tsp clarified buttter .Mix all ingredients well . Now take water and make a soft dough with using water.
Now take small portion of the dough and make lemon size ball .
Roll it with roller pin and make a disc.
Now take cookies cutter of diffrent shapes and cut this disc in diffrent shapes.
Now take a tawa and cook these parathas from both sides . serve hot.
