Beaten rice
Poha- 4 tsp
Toned milk- 500 ml
Ghee- 2 tsp
Sugar- 4 tsp
Cashew nuts- 10-12
Saffron- a pinch
Instructions
Soak the beaten rice in water for 1 minute and drain the water.
Put a non stick Kadhai on the gas and add ghee. Put the cashew nuts in the ghee and let it
roast
.
Then add the beaten rice and sauté till a mild aroma comes.
Now add the milk and let it come to a boil. Then let it
simmer
on low flame for 20-25 minutes till the milk halves in quantity and the poha is cooked.
Add the sugar and a pinch of saffron and let it boil for two more minutes.
Garnish with almonds and dried black grapes.
