I brought bael but some of them raw and hard. I could'nt use them for drinks. Then I thought to make murabba. I break the hard shell and scooped carefully. It is very good stomach system. You follow me the rest.

Sugar

water

cinnamon sticks

cloves

green cardamom

bay leaves

cinnamon powder
Instructions
Take a wok add water, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves, green cardamom. Bring to boil.
Add sugar again bring to boil. Add bael slices. Stir them frequently and should not stick to the bottom.
When the syrup becomes thickened add cinnamon powder. Mix carefully. Put off the flame.
Keep in a jar or you can serve.
Notes
It can be kept in fridge for more than a month.
