teaspoon
garam masala powder

Oil for shallow fry.
Instructions
First peel and wash beetroot then grate it and squeeze all water out and grate onion and squeze water too.
In a bowl add grated beetroot,onion,chopped ginger,garlic,lemon grass,salt ,pepper,green chilli,garam masala and mix all well.
Then add bread crumb to mixture and make small ball out of it and shallow fry in tawa or pan till golden and crisp from both sides.
