Ingredients
- 1 lemon grass greens
- 1 fresh green ginger
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 beetroot grated
- 1 onion
- 1 cup bread crumb
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1-2 green chilli
- Oil for shallow fry.

Instructions
- First peel and wash beetroot then grate it and squeeze all water out and grate onion and squeze water too.
- In a bowl add grated beetroot,onion,chopped ginger,garlic,lemon grass,salt ,pepper,green chilli,garam masala and mix all well.
- Then add bread crumb to mixture and make small ball out of it and shallow fry in tawa or pan till golden and crisp from both sides.
