Ingredients
  

  • 1 lemon grass greens
  • 1 fresh green ginger
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 beetroot grated
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup bread crumb
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1-2 green chilli
  • Oil for shallow fry.

Instructions
 

  • First peel and wash beetroot then grate it and squeeze all water out and grate onion and squeze water too.
  • In a bowl add grated beetroot,onion,chopped ginger,garlic,lemon grass,salt ,pepper,green chilli,garam masala and mix all well.
  • Then add bread crumb to mixture and make small ball out of it and shallow fry in tawa or pan till golden and crisp from both sides.
