Marinate chicken with yogurt,ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder and red chilli powder and keep for 15 min.
Heat ghee in a deep pan add onions and salt and saute till goden brown then take it out..
Then in same ghee add all whole spices ,green chilli and cook for 2 min then add chicken and put all dry spices and salt.
Then in another pan add 3 cup water and cook 1.5 cup rice till half done then strain it.
In same pan of chicken mixture remove some of mixture and then start adding layers of rice then put chicken mixture in each layer and add fried onions.
Kneed whole wheat soft dough and put it in on top cover of pan then cover it and put a heavy utensil and cook for half and hour then add more ghee on top before serving.
