Instructions
First boil potatoes, cabbage, carrot,peas,capsicum and salt to 2-3 whistles
Take a pan and add 4 tablespoons oil, add chopped onion and cook till pink in colour
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2-3 mins till oil separates
Add chopped tomatoes and cook well, add Pav bhaji masala and red chilli powder
Mash the vegetables coarsely and mix it with the masala paste
Now mix everything well and add required water to maintain consistency and cook for another 5 mins
Add 2 tablespoons of butter and coriander leaves., Bhaji is ready
Now cut Pav into two halves..cook in a tawa with applying butter in both sides.
Serve these Pavs with bhaji and chopped onion and lemon.
