Sabudana
sago - 1 large cup
Potatoes boiled and mashed - 2
Peanuts
Groundnuts dry roasted - 1/2 small cup
Green chillies - 3
Salt
Sugar - 2 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Chopped coriander - 1 small sprig
Instructions
Soak the sago grains in water just a little above level. Add the chopped coriander to the sago grains once they have absorbed all the water.
Boil and mash the potatoes well.
Roast
the groundnuts and powder them finely.
Mix all of them well and make a firm mixture.
Make flat patties with hand and fry in hot oil. Remove from oil when slightly brown. Serve with green chutney.
Notes
Mix all the ingredients only at the time of frying.
