For the smoothie - 1 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
For toppings -

teaspoon
maple syrup
if required
Instructions
Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
Sprinkle the toppings over the smoothie.
Garnish and serve immediately.
Notes
Instead of mango, one can go for a banana + strawberry combination. Even ripe papaya is great in a smoothie bowl.
