Beetroot
chopped - 1 cup
Carrots
chopped - 1/2 cup
Beans
chopped - 1/4 th cup
Onion
chopped - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Salt
Refined oil
Outer covering :
Boiled and mashed potatoes - 2
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Mixed herbs - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Egg whites
Bread crumbs
Instructions
Heat some oil in a pan, add chopped onion and saute till golden brown and then add all the chopped vegetables.
Add salt, ginger garlic paste and red chilly powder. Give it a mix and cook till the vegetables are cooked.
Now add salt , pepper powder and mixed herbs to the mashed potatoes.
Take small roundels of the potato mix and stuff with the beetroot mix.
Reshape them as cutlets, dip them in egg whites and then in bread crumbs.Deep fry them.
