nos baby potato par boiled

eggless mayyonaise

tomato ketchup

tablespoon
honey

teaspoon
red chilli sauce

teaspoon
mix herb
oregano, parsley, thyme n basil
A big pinch crushed/powder black pepper

paprika

teaspoon
red chilli powder

corn starch

chopped onion

tablespoon
chopped corriander leaves
oil for shallow fry
Instructions
Par Boil potatoes then press it gently in between palm.
In mixing bowl take potatoes, corn starch, salt n red chili powder mix ingredients well.
Heat oil on nonstick pan n fry potatoes till they turnout golden crisp.
Take mixing bowl mix ingredients well ( mayyonaise, ketchup, red chilli sauce, honey, black pepper, paprika, mix herb, salt, onion and coriander).
Put fried potatoes in it n mix gently.
Serve in plate n garnish with chopped onion n coriander leaves
