Sago
sago grains - 1 large cup soaked in water overnight or for 4 hours prior to preparation

Potato
large, boiled

Green chilli

Cumin seeds

or as per taste

dry roasted

Instructions
Wash the sago grains 2-3 times in water and add just enough water to soak it and leave it overnight. Add salt to taste.
Boil the potato and cut into small cubes. Slit the green chillies into half.
Heat oil in a kadai and add the cumin seeds. Let it splutter and turn brown.
Now add the potato and green chillies and cook for 2-3 minutes till finely browned. Add salt for the potatoes.
Now add the soaked sago grains and mix well. Cook covered for 5 minutes.
Now crushed the roasted peanuts in a mixer and add to the mixture. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Now add the sugar and cook for 1 minute. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot or topped with sev.
Notes
Dont add too much oil or the sabudana will turn soggy.
Dont overcook or it will turn crispy.
