Instructions
Peel the Potatoes and sliced into thin roundels
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and saute till onion turns soft. Add tomatoes and saute till it turns mushy.
Add the Masala powders, season with salt and saute for a min.
Add potato slices and fry on high heat for about 5 mins stirring it frequently.
Break the eggs into the potatoes and with a spatula scramble them and fry for about 5 mins.
Add some water if you want it curry style and cook for couple of mins and take off the heat.
