cumin seed

mustard seeds
Some chopped curry leaves
Salt

red chilli powder

Turmeric Powder

Instructions
Peel potatoes n cut it into small chunks and boil it till done. Drain extra water. Transfer it to a plate.
Heat oil in wok splutter cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves when seeds stop spluttering. Add red chili powder and turmeric powder mix it.
Add boiled potatoes n mix gently. Add salt n mix it again. Zeera aloo is ready to serve. Serve this with Dal rice, Puri or chapati.
