Oil for deep fry

Instructions
Cut the brinjal vertically don't remove the stem. Immediately dip in water. So it will stiff and colour will not change.
Take a mixing bowl add gram flour, rice flour, cumin powder, kashmiri mirch, asafoetida, couscous seeds and salt.
Make a smooth batter adding water. It should be perfect consistency.
Heat oil in a deep wok. Strain the brinjal dip into the batter and fry. Ready to serve the cryspy fried.
Notes
This cryspy fried can be served as a snack or dinner lunch.
