Ingredients
- 4 Brinjal equal sizes
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Rice Flour
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli
- 1 tsp Couscous or seeds seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- Oil for deep fry
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Cut the brinjal vertically don't remove the stem. Immediately dip in water. So it will stiff and colour will not change.
- Take a mixing bowl add gram flour, rice flour, cumin powder, kashmiri mirch, asafoetida, couscous seeds and salt.
- Make a smooth batter adding water. It should be perfect consistency.
- Heat oil in a deep wok. Strain the brinjal dip into the batter and fry. Ready to serve the cryspy fried.

This cryspy fried can be served as a snack or dinner lunch.
