Take mutton mince, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and 2 cups water in pressure cooker. Pressure cook it on 3 whistles. Switch off the flame and wait till air release from pressure cooker.
Heat oil in wok, add garlic n cook for 30seconds on medium flame till it turn into golden brown.
Add green chilies n cook for 15seconds on low flame.
Add cooked mutton pieces in it and saute for minute on low flame.
Add fenugreek leaves, mix it well. Cook for 2 to 3minutes on high flame. When fenugreek leaves get half add salt to taste and mix it well. Cover the lid and cook till it done.
