In a mixer grinder, take 1 cup of washed Green Peas, three small Green Chillies, 2 to 3 Garlic Cloves and grind into coarse paste.
In a heating pan add 2 tablespoon of Oil and allow to heat.
Then add ½ tsp of Mustard seeds, ¼ tsp of Cumin Seeds, ¼ tsp of Hing, grinded Green Peas mixture and saute for 2 to 3 Min
Then add ½ tsp of Red Chilli Powder, ½ tsp of Garam Masala, ¼ tsp of Turmeric Powder (Haldi), ½ tsp of Salt, 2 tsp of Gram Flour (Besan), 2 tsp of Peanut Powder, mix well and roast for 5 to 6 Min.
Furthermore, add 2 cup of Water and give a nice mix.
Then add 1 tsp of desiccated Coconut and mix.
Cover the lid and simmer on low flame for 8 to 10 Min or until Amti thickens.
Lastly add 3 tsp of chopped Coriander Leaves and serve hot with Rice or Chapati.
