Ingredients
- 1 cup Green Peas or matar matar
- 2 cup Water
- 3 Green Chillies
- 2 cloves Garlic nos
- 2 tbsp Oil
- tsp Mustard Seeds or rai rai ยฝ
- tsp Cumin Seeds or jeera jeera ยผ
- tsp asafoetida or hing hing ยผ
- tsp red chili powder lal mirchi ยฝ
- tsp Garam Masala ยฝ
- tsp Turmeric Powder or haldi haldi ยผ
- 1-2 tsp Salt ยฝ, or as per taste
- 2 gm Flour or besan besan
- 2 tsp Peanut groundnut mungfali powder
- 1 tsp Desiccated Coconut
- 3 leaves Coriander

Instructions
- In a mixer grinder, take 1 cup of washed Green Peas, three small Green Chillies, 2 to 3 Garlic Cloves and grind into coarse paste.
- In a heating pan add 2 tablespoon of Oil and allow to heat.
- Then add ยฝ tsp of Mustard seeds, ยผ tsp of Cumin Seeds, ยผ tsp of Hing, grinded Green Peas mixture and saute for 2 to 3 Min
- Then add ยฝ tsp of Red Chilli Powder, ยฝ tsp of Garam Masala, ยผ tsp of Turmeric Powder (Haldi), ยฝ tsp of Salt, 2 tsp of Gram Flour (Besan), 2 tsp of Peanut Powder, mix well and roast for 5 to 6 Min.
- Furthermore, add 2 cup of Water and give a nice mix.
- Then add 1 tsp of desiccated Coconut and mix.
- Cover the lid and simmer on low flame for 8 to 10 Min or until Amti thickens.
- Lastly add 3 tsp of chopped Coriander Leaves and serve hot with Rice or Chapati.

- You can add chopped Onions also as per taste.
