Usually in Chinese dish what ever we make we need to use 3 C 's that is capsicum, cabbage, carrots. Without this the Chinese dishes look half. In this I have used this stuffing in the form of paratha
In a bowl add the refined flour add salt an make a dough with warm water an wrap it with muslin cloth for about 15mins.
In an non stick add oil add the vegetables carrots, capsicum, cabbage chopped fry nicely. Then add salt, pepper, schewan sauce an mix well. Then off the gas too cool
Then take a small piece of dough an roll it like roti shape. Then add the stuffing inside an roll it like chappati . Shallow fry on both sides
Notes
If you want you can add all the vegetables an in place of refined flour you can use wheat flour.
