Ingredients
 

  • 2-3 potato boiled
  • 2-3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 3-4 peppercorns crushed
  • 1 tsp salt or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice
  • 2-3 almonds finely chopped, optional

Instructions
 

  • Just pressure cook 2 or 3 potatoes and mash them well with a blender or hand.
  • Add crushed garlic pearls with pepper granules, salt,  a table spoon of White vinegar or lemon juice.
  • To make it richer add finely chopped almond.
  • Now Skordalia is ready.

Recipe Notes

  • It should be creamy and thick.
  • If you get it too thick some tea spoons of cold water can be added.
  • In some countries a table spoon of olive oil is added. But it is optional.
  • Use it as the bread spread or a dip and enjoy!!!
