Ingredients
 

  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 Carrot Washed and Grated
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • a Lemon small, optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the avocado into two halves
  • Remove the seed from the centre
  • Take out the green part with the spoon
  • Wash and Grate the 2 Carrots
  • Wash the cucumber, Cut it into two equal halves and Chop it into small pieces.

Mixing all the ingredients

  • In a bowl mash the avocado,
  • Add Two Tablespoons of Yogurt
  • Add Grated Carrot and Pieces of cucumber.
  • Add One Teaspoon of Salt
  • Add Half a Teaspoon of Black Pepper
  • Mix them for about 5 Minutes
  • Serve it immediately when freshly prepared it tastes amazing.
