  • 100 gm Dalia broken wheat
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • small bowl Green Peas of frozen
  • 1 Cumin Seeds tsb
  • 1 Coriander Powder tsb
  • 1 Turmeric Powder tsb
  • 1 pinch asafoetida

Instructions
 

  • Pressure cook Dalia for 4 whistles. It should be cooked properly otherwise would remain uncooked and can cause stomach problem.

  • In a hot wok, put oil and add  cumin seeds let it splutter and you can hear a crackling sound,put the chopped onion, let it become translucent.

  • Add tomato and rest of the spices, add thawed peas and cover the lid. The vegetables will cook in its on steam.
