Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 same size potatoes
  • 1/2 cup couscous
  • 1 teaspoon onion seeds
  • 1 teaspoon green chilli paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 teaspoon coconut paste
  • 4 teaspoon oil
  • Salt
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Couscous soaked over night. Peal off the potato skin and cut into same size.
  • Heat a pan add oil. Then add onion seeds, potatoes, turmeric powder and salt. Stir fry and cover for five minutes.
  • Open the lid add green chilli paste, coconut paste and couscous. Stir fry and again cover again for five minutes.
  • Now ready to serve with steam rice.
