Heat oil in wok, add onion n saute till it get transparent.
Add ginger garlic paste n saute for minute on low flame.
Add tomatoes and green chilies. Mix it well.
Add salt, red chili, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder mix it add little water n saute well. Cook till oil starts floating on all over masala.
Add cherry tomatoes, capsicum, green peas. cover the lid n cook for 5minutes on low flame.
Add paneer slices in it and mix gently.
Add coriander leaves n mix it. Switch off the flame.
Paneer Stir Fry is ready to serve. Serve this hot as a side dish or u can serve this with chapati, naan or roti.
