Boil the sweet potato then make pieces. Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic, chopped green chillies, fresh turmeric and green veggies.
Cook for a few minutes, add salt roasted cumin powder and black pepper. Mix all together.
I cut all the edges of bread and added into the cooked veggies
Sprinkle with water on the bread then spread with light touch. Now stuffed with the cooked veggies. Give shape like samosa .
Fry with little oil then I served with mustard sauce. Deep fry is not for regular practice. Once can be served after a long time.
