Water as required
Instructions
Heat wok add oil and ghee
Add all whole spices
Then add cashews and
roast
them
Add green chilli and chana daal
Now add all spices except garam masala
Add water and cover wok and cook 5 min.
Then
whisk
curd and add it
Now add rice and mix and Add half cup of water
Cover and cook till rice became ready
Add kishmish kaju and garam masala
Add 1 tsp ghee
Gardish with coriander leaves and serve hot
