Instructions
In a pan add 1.5 cup water, salt and boil the Maggi.
Drain the excess water.
In a wok add oil and heat it.
Arrange the boiled Maggi in basket shape and fry it.
Maggi baskets are ready.
Ingredients for Manchurian balls.
In a bowl add all ingredients and make small balls for manchurian.
Ingredients for gravy.
In a wok add 2tbsp oil and heat it.
Add chopped onion and capsicum and saute it.
Add salt and pepper mix well.
Add all sauces and mix well.
In a bowl add 2tbsp water and corn flour and mix well.
Add corn flour slurry in gravy and boil it.
Add manchurian balls and cook for 2 minutes.
Arrange Maggi baskets on a plate.
Fill the basket with manchurian.
Garnish the maggi manchurian basket with coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
