fresh kiwi pulp- 1 cup
khoya - 1 cup
sugar - 3/4 cup
Instructions
heat a non stick pan , add kiwi pulp and cook on medium heat till pulp becomes thick and start leaving edges of pan
add grated khoya into the pulp and cook till it blend together nicely , around 5-7 minutes on medium heat
add sugar to the mixture and cook till sugar melts
turn off heat and let the mixture come to the room temperature , make peda out of the mixture in desired shape and sisze
keep it in refrigerator for some time serve cold garnished with rose petals and dry friuts
