Take dough make small ball after then make a big chapatti cut it with round mold pick out small round circle now fill the filling in between close it properly now make a design with fork. Steam it for 5-6 min.
For Marinara Sauce- Blanch the tomato remove t skin and seeds now grind it with whole red chili. Now take a pan add oil after then add chopped garlic now add tomatoes paste add salt, white pepper, sugar vinegar adjust the seasoning.
Serve hot Ravioli with marinara sauce and garnish with mustard leaves.
