Here we have replaced the burger buns with our protein packed moong dal cheela, the pancakes and made use of olive oil to maintain the healthy quotient. Give it a try and I assure the taste is awesome.

small moong dal cheela/ pancakes
Tomato slices
cucumber slices
2
vegetables patties
Sauces and mayonisse
Sesame seeds and chopped coriander to garnish
Instructions
In a plate take one mini pancake. Apply some sauce in centre.
Place a slice of tomato over it.
Now place the vegetable patty and top it with mayonisse .
Place another tomato slice/ cucumber slice/onion slice.
Cover it with another pancake.
Garnish with roasted sesame seeds , tomato ketchup and corriander sprig and serve.. It would vanish in no time! !
