Pancake Burger

Here we have replaced the burger buns with our protein packed moong dal cheela, the pancakes and made use of olive oil to maintain the healthy quotient. Give it a try and I assure the taste is awesome.

  • 4 small moong dal cheela/ pancakes
  • Tomato slices
  • cucumber slices
  • 2 vegetables patties
  • Sauces and mayonisse
  • Sesame seeds and chopped coriander to garnish


  • In a plate take one mini pancake. Apply some sauce in centre.
  • Place a slice of tomato over it.
  • Now place the vegetable patty and top it with mayonisse .
  • Place another tomato slice/ cucumber slice/onion slice.
  • Cover it with another pancake.
  • Garnish with roasted sesame seeds , tomato ketchup and corriander sprig and serve.. It would vanish in no time! !
