Here we have replaced the burger buns with our protein packed moong dal cheela, the pancakes and made use of olive oil to maintain the healthy quotient. Give it a try and I assure the taste is awesome.

Ingredients
- 4 small moong dal cheela/ pancakes
- Tomato slices
- cucumber slices
- 2 vegetables patties
- Sauces and mayonisse
- Sesame seeds and chopped coriander to garnish

Instructions
- In a plate take one mini pancake. Apply some sauce in centre.
- Place a slice of tomato over it.
- Now place the vegetable patty and top it with mayonisse .
- Place another tomato slice/ cucumber slice/onion slice.
- Cover it with another pancake.
- Garnish with roasted sesame seeds , tomato ketchup and corriander sprig and serve.. It would vanish in no time! !
