Paneer vada method
In a bowl add paneer grated potatoes Ararat salt Ginger green chilly and mix it well
Now take small quantity of mixture in you hand and make a small ball
Then flatten a little in oval shape
Deep fry the vadas in hot oil drain out the vadas on paper towel to remove excess oil
Take 3to 4vadas in plate and pour curd sprinkle black salt pow red chilly pow all over the vadas
Now add sweet imli chutney and green chutney and pour some curd and sprinkle red chilly pow and chat masala
Notes
Paneer dahi vada can be eaten in vart its taste so yummy
