Instructions
Marinate the chicken pieces with curd, salt, chilli powder and ginger garlic paste. Keep it aside for 1 hour.
Marinate the chicken pieces again with Nando’s peri peri sauce, and keep it in the freezer for 1 hour.
Brush the oil on the chicken. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 15 minutes. Bake the chicken for 35 minutes.
Brush butter on the chicken, add the chopped coriander, oregano and chilli flakes. Serve hot.
