gms corn flour

gms ghee

gms sugar

chopped mixed dry fruits

teaspoon
food colour
1/2
litre water
Instructions
Take a deep pan add water and boil. Make a smooth paste with corn flour.
When it starts boiling add corn flour paste. Stir continuously.
Add ghee and sugar. Without any fail stir continuously.
Add food colour, chopped mixed dry fruits and green cardamom powder.
When become thickened put off the flame. Take a flat tray brush with ghee and pour for setting. Set for 1 hour.
Then cut into pieces and serve to lovely children
Notes
Make sure there should not be any lump.
