Gajar Ka Halua With Paneer

In winter season we get fresh carrot. Once if we add paneer it gives more taste. People add mawa with halua but we can try with paneer. This is a healthy and tasty recipe.

bowl finely grated carrot
1
bowl mashed paneer
1/2
bowl sugar
1/2
bowl pure ghee
1
teaspoon
green cardamom powder
10-15
cashew nut
Instructions
Take a frying pan heat add grated carrot. Stir continuously moist will reduce.
Now add ghee, sugar, and cardamom powder. Stir continuously at last add mashed paneer mix well.
Garnish with cashew nut and paneer.
