In winter season we get fresh carrot. Once if we add paneer it gives more taste. People add mawa with halua but we can try with paneer. This is a healthy and tasty recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl finely grated carrot
  • 1 bowl mashed paneer
  • 1/2 bowl sugar
  • 1/2 bowl pure ghee
  • 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
  • 10-15 cashew nut

Instructions
 

  • Take a frying pan heat add grated carrot. Stir continuously moist will reduce.
  • Now add ghee, sugar, and cardamom powder. Stir continuously at last add mashed paneer mix well.
  • Garnish with cashew nut and paneer.
