Due to bitterness many people dislike bitter but it is beneficial in many ways. There's are two varieties of this vegetable. One grow to about 20 cm long pale green in colour. The other smaller variety less than 10 cm dark green in colour.
Bitter groud cut into thin slices. No water content should be there.
Place a frying pan add oil. When the oil is heated add the slices of bitter groud it will crispy. Then take out and immediately sprinkle with chat masala and kashmiri mirch. Toss and mix all over.
