Heat oil in pressure cooker add onion n cook it on medium flame until onion get light brown.
Now add green chilies, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder. Add little water n cook till oil start floating on all over masala.
Now add potatoes and peas in the mixture, mix well. Add little water n pressure cook it on 3 to 4 whistle.
