Teriyaki Potato

Ever heard of teriyaki potato! ;) I was having that "4 baje Ko chhoti wali bhook" and wanted something quick and filling. This is an insanely easy, quick and tasty recipe. One can have it as is or as a side dish. Even kids can prepare it.

medium size potatoes
1
and 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1
tablespoon
water

tablespoon
soy sauce
1
tablespoon
sesame seeds
1
tablespoon
oil
Instructions
Chop the potatoes in about 1 inch length and 1 cm thick.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan
Saute the chopped potatoes for a couple of min on medium heat or until they are light golden.
Add brown sugar.
Add soy sauce.
Cover and let the potatoes cook on lowest flame.
Check in about 10 min. The sauce would have thicken by now and potatoes should be cooked. If not add 1 tbsp water and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add half tbsp sesame seeds and cover for a min. Switch off the heat.
Garnish with remaining sesame seeds and enjoy.
Notes
I had dark soy sauce so used only 2 tbsp, normal soy sauce can be used 1 or 2 tbsp more as per taste.
