Instructions
Over night soaked all nine types of grains. Should be boiled with bay leaf turmeric powder and salt.
Add oil in heated frying pan. Fry whole red chilli and keep aside. Now add onion paste ginger garlic paste stir till brown
Add cumin powder coriander powder chilli powder and tomato paste. Then boiled dal and cook for five minutes.
Add garam masala powder and cinnamon powder. Add chopped green chilli fresh coriander leaves.
For tarka add butter in a small heated frying pan add cumin seeds curry leaves fried red chilli.
Notes
Mix of all grains and dal has good flavour and good taste.
