These delicious paneer cheese veg croquettes are an absolute favourite with kids and adults alike. It is packed with proteins from the cottage and mozerella cheese, along with nutritious veggies. So these are quick and healthy too.

Cottage Cheese
or paneer home made paneer
Stuffing
or cheese mozerella cheese cut as long fingers for in each croquette

capsicum, onion 2 tsp each finely chopped

Instructions
Mix the paneer with cornflour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano, to a smooth dough. Rest 10 min
Mix the veggies with salt, pepper and parsley
Make long fingers if thecotrage cheese dough, stuff with veggies, and the mozerella fingers and cover to form croquettes.
Deep fry the croquettes till brown. Serve with a cheesy dip.
